About Us
I have lived in Knoxville for more than 18 years. A father of three, I have served my community as a general contractor, property developer, Boy Scout leader and as an active member of my church and community.
My professional and personal background has uniquely qualified me to offer you the highest quality home inspection using a multi-disciplinary approach.
I start every inspection with the question “How would I want my family treated”?
Each inspection is tailored to our client. We ask questions like, “who will be living in the home?” “What is unique to your need(s) in the property?” Listening to you (our client) is critical to producing a report that responds to your concerns.
Concerned about water quality, indoor air quality, mold, energy efficiency, home safety? So am I. I provide evaluation services for many of the critical components of your home.
Each year I spend time studying and attending training to stay at the top of our field. I have two National Certifications in Home Inspection and three in Indoor Air Quality from the Americas largest certifying authorities.
My investment in the technology and tools helps allows to provide you with the information you expect from a professional in an easy to understand form.
I often tell people that, “A Volunteer Home Inspection is the best money you will ever spend on your home”. Once you use our services I think you’ll agree.
I look forward to going to work for you and your family soon.
Sincerely Yours,
Bob Byrne, IAQI, CHI
